Report From America
Flo and I sent a metal rat to America to Dad and Christy’s house for Christmas. Well, they got out of him that his name is Rupert (he wouldn’t talk to us) and apparently he’s living the high life over there now. Here is his report from his new homeland.

Rupert sees the squirrel under the feeder and feels somewhat guilty that he can’t invite him in.

Spike and Rupert share a secret.

Shamus asks, “Is that a cherry or do you just have a really odd nose?”

Nope, doesn’t smell like cherry.

Rupert shares his story of the flight to America. Shamus and Spike don’t seem to be impressed.

“I think this is going to be a little tricky. Can we move the seat up any closer?”

“Is this a violation of the seat belt law?”

While visiting Christy at work, Rupert agrees that insurance sucks.

Rupert shares his predictions on the Superbowl playoffs.

“No Lois, I said there’s a rat on my chair and he wants to talk to you, says his name is Rupert and he’s from out of town.”

“I know Spike gave me a shopping list for this place, I just can’t remember what I did with it.”

“Do you need me to co-sign?”

“Do you want some help with that? I’m stronger than I look.”

Rupert checks out the menu at the Macaroni Grill. “I’m leaning towards the cheese stuffed ravioli.”

“Oh, I’m sorry. Did you guys want some bread?”

“A little help would be appreciated. I can’t quite reach the cork.”
Guest starring Jeremy and Gramma. Special thanks to Dad and Christy for helping Rupert with the technical aspects of his report and sending it along to us.

Wow. You have your own traveling gnome. Very impressive. Love the captions. Glad Macaroni Grill was okay with a rat on the table. What’s he going to do with his Superbowl Prediction money?
